The end of the winter champs!more Glorious sunshine at Daytonal

Round 6 was the culmination of the D60 Winter Championships on the alternative layout at Daytona Sandown Park

As has often been the case it was virtually a full grid, with everything to race for

On an  dry track under glorious sunshine conditions were perfect for the race.

Once again Adrian came in at the back of the grid in qualification, but wasnt going to let this put him off and he pushed as hard as he could for the 66 laps completed in the race

Although he just managed to post a personal best 53.597, dropping a further 8 tenths from his average lap time shows a growing consistency and again there were positives to be drawn from this race far beyond the final position in the heavy division

Although there was no silverware in this championship, a top third finish in the table was creditable given the amount of competition
